This complimentary service is designed to make things easier for you and serves as an important marketing tool, attracting high-quality visitors who directly contribute to your business. Participation is simple: upload your contact list (maximum 2,000 addresses) in our secure environment, and we’ll send a professional, personalized invitation featuring YOUR COMPANY NAME.

1. Send free invitations with your company name on it!
65% of the visitors come through the Easyfairs Invitation Service. You save all the time and (layout and printing) costs that you would normally spend on such an invitation card! We will state your company name in the invitation card. This makes it clear to your customer that you invite him / her personally. Relationships that also appear in our e-mail database do not receive the invitation by post, but by e-mail with a unique registration code. Your company name is also prominent in this e-mail. In the images you can see how your company name is displayed.
2. You don’t have to worry about inviting your relations! And everything is GDPR proof!
We are happy to make it as easy as possible for you. That is why we have developed a secure environment for you in which you can upload your relationship lists with one click of the button. Because we ask you to submit your relationship lists before participating in our invitation service, we are happy to give you insight into how we handle the personal data that you provide to us in these relationship lists. Easyfairs attaches great importance to your privacy and that of your relationships. Data from potential visitors is indispensable for the success of Vakbeurs Recycling and it is also one of the most valuable assets of you as an exhibitor. That is why we deal with this carefully and fully in accordance with the GDPR legislation. In this invitation cooperation you give us permission to send a one-off physical invitation to the postal address of your relation. Relationships that also appear in our e-mail database receive an invitation by e-mail and not by post. Of course we have our processing agreement and our procedures in order and they comply with the GDPR legislation. It is completely safe to have your relationship lists used by us once for inviting your existing and intended relationships.

  • The data is only used to invite your relations on your behalf.
  • This data is not used for purposes other than those related to the invitation service.
  • You upload your relation lists in a secure environment.
  • Your relationship lists will be deduplicated. The organization that provides this is GDPR proof.
  • Your data is only provided to the mailing handler who uses the data to send the invitations. They do not retain the data afterwards.
  • The data will be destroyed immediately after the trade fair ends. Your relations will only be included in our database if they themselves give permission for the use of their data.
