Together with you as an exhibitor, we strive for an exhibition floor full of qualitative visitors! In order to make the exhibition known through all possible channels, we offer you various tools to promote participation and make it even more successful.
In My Easyfairs you will find various marketing materials, in the folder “Marketing material” in “Invite your clients & prospects”. The folder currently contains the exhibition logo in various formats and a banner. Use the logo and banner on the various marketing expressions that you have planned before your exhibition participation (both in print and digitally). In this way you can make your participation known through various channels to the largest possible target group.
The marketing materials folder will be supplemented later with more banners that you can use on your website, in your e-mail signature or in your digital newsletters. In your online communications you can refer to the website or the registration portal.
Mention that visitors can request free e-tickets via your personal registration link. You will find the registration link in My Easyfairs (heading ‘Invitation’ in ‘Invite your clients & prospects), when the registration portal is open to visitors! So keep an eye on My Easyfairs. You can also place the link to the registration portal directly behind your email signature or banners on your website to make it even easier for potential visitors to request a ticket.
