PYROsmart® pro
PYROsmart® pro Technological leader in infrared early fire detection PYROsmart® pro is the most intelligent system for early fire detection. PYROsmart® pro uses state-of-the-art infrared and video cameras to continuously scan large areas and objects, measure temperatures and create continuous panoramic thermal imaging. Potential fire hazards can then be detected as they develop and before a fire starts. When critical temperatures are detected, the system locates the hotspot, triggers an alarm and reports it to the fire alarm control panel. Automatic precision cooling or targeted extinguishing of the hotspot is also optionally available. PYROsmart® pro is a pan/tilt system to enable monitoring much larger areas than fixed systems are capable of. The patented abiroVision® software, in conjunction with durable special drive units, enables scanning to be performed with repeatable accuracy for many years to come. This is what makes PYROsmart® so unique. Conventional fire detectors, e.g., smoke and heat detectors, only respond to the effects of a fire (smoke, heat). Sprinkler systems then extinguish large areas without pinpoint accuracy. PYROsmart®, on the other hand, promptly detects thermal signatures and hotspots and can instigate precision cooling and/or extinguishing. Because infrared radiation penetrates dust and smoke, the system also works reliably in such environments.

PYROspy®
PYROspy® Infrared early fire detection with 360° all-round viewing and targeted extinguishing PYROspy® is an all-in-one infrared early fire detection system with innovative 360° all-round vision that extinguishes fires before they escalate into dangerous blazes. Conventional fire alarm systems only detect fires at more advanced stages (e.g. with the presence of smoke/flames), but the PYROspy® series of infrared fire detectors can detect fires earlier. They “see” excessively hot material surface temperatures long before smoke or flames appear. If a potential fire source is detected at an early stage, immediate measures can be taken, i.e., the targeted automatic cooling of a hotspot.

PYROsmart® eco
PYROsmart® eco Affordable entry into infrared pan/tilt systems Temperature monitoring of small and medium-sized areas often requires a scanning solution for fire protection so that every angle can be detected with good spatial resolution. PYROsmart® eco is the ideal variant for such needs. The system’s technological basis is the same as the larger PYROsmart® pro version but with fewer features. The system meets the PYROsmart® series high quality standards for the required location and purpose of use. The device uses a fixed-focus infrared camera for detection and forgoes the inclusion of a video camera and certain software features. This enables highly reliable area-wide monitoring of approx. 1,000 m² for early fire detection. Our patented abiroVision® software ensures that the individual scans are merged into one large, detailed thermographic panorama image.

PYROsmart® one
PYROsmart® one Infrared early fire detection for small areas and conveyor systems PYROsmart® one is the system of choice for infrared temperature monitoring of objects that can be viewed at a fixed distance and within a fixed image section. Examples of such objects are small areas, systems and transfer points on conveyor belts. The unit uses a fixed-focus, high-resolution infrared camera for detection, with the angle of view optimally matched to the application by using different lenses. PYROsmart® one is VdS certified and FM Approved! Conventional fire detectors, e.g., smoke and heat detectors, only respond to the effects of a fire (smoke, heat). Sprinkler systems then extinguish large areas without pinpoint accuracy. PYROsmart®, on the other hand, promptly detects thermal signatures and hotspots and can instigate precision cooling and/or extinguishing. Because infrared radiation penetrates dust and smoke, the system also works reliably in such environments.

Extinguishing with PYROsmart®
PYROsmart® is a master at automatic targeted extinguishing A hotspot that has been quickly cooled (“extinguished”) is the best protection against fires. Automatically extinguishing a possible source of fire in a targeted manner requires the maximum from the technology being used. Orglmeister’s development team has many years of experience in this discipline so is able to provide exceptionally reliable and intelligent control for fire-monitor extinguisher systems. Control data comes from the 3D localization of hotspots in the monitored area. The pan/tilt system processes spatial data with pinpoint accuracy and is positioned at the installation site in such a way that it can optimally “see” and scan the detection area. Using the patented abiroVision® software, this creates panoramic thermal imaging with pinpoint localization of hazardous temperatures and/or hotspots. To prevent a fire as quickly as possible, specialized software uses infrared localization to control an electronically operated fire-monitor extinguisher. This requires precision calculation of the direction as well as optimal nozzle positioning and delivery distance. The PYROsmart® software masters these requirements with special components and fire-monitor extinguishers. A single PYROsmart® system and fire-monitor extinguisher can then be used to provide fire protection monitoring and extinguishing for an area of approx. 5,000 m², and with minimal installation effort.
